I went for sports massage yesterday. Actually to be exact it's massage therepy for my arm. The therapist was saying that my arm injury may not only be caused by the sport i do, many other factors contribute to it. And yeh it's most probably some nerves issues.
It was HAo who recommended me to go for some massage therepy and yup we found this place located at Singapore Shopping Centre level 2 called
Physio Solutions. They provide lots of sports related services, so if any of you're looking for therapists, go look for them.
Their team of therapist is kindda strong, with some in the field for more than 5 years while some are currently/were with the sports council working with athletes going to the SEA games.
after the first session with the therapist, it kindda helped my arm a little but my rest of the body's aching away. Must be too due to the gym session i had in the morning before the massage.
Received a call from somebody as well. Kind of a surprise call with a surprise message.
I wonder if this is the start of something new.
Well but i guess it will put a temporary stop to my troubles and all the sleepless nights i've been having for the past few weeks.
Hope things will change for the better now.
