It's the SEA games period. Whoot=)=)=)
Bin already flew over to Thailand yesterday. All the best to him. Bring back a gold medal for Singapore in the area of Karate. We'll all be so proud of you.

Just finished watching the swimming segmants and Tao Li's superb, winning 2 golds for Singapore back to back in the 100m backstroke and 100m butterfly stroke.
Proud moment for Singaporeans as the national athemn was played at the stadium.
I was also proud watcthing the whole event on TV.
3 cheers to Team Singapore.

It's been a week since i stated with the medication. Not much significant improvement with my arm. Guess i can't rush in tat aspect.
Just hope it gets better sooner so i can resume training.
